Both organisations are well respected in the Material Processing Industries, specialising in hire & service of and sales & service of equipment respectively.

CRJ will continue to provide nationwide hire of equipment to the organic, wood, waste management and material handling industries. The company will continue to grow and improve the hire fleet and team CRJ, currently made up of over 75 units to shred, screen and sort your waste, 17 in-house fully trained engineers and a parts stock holding of over £1m held at their headquarters in Knutsford, Cheshire. CRJ have built excellent reputation with their customers over the past 17 years on their commitment to after sales and service. This will continue to be the core value of the business as CRJ move forwards – providing and backing up a hire services 24/7 in the UK.

Matpro Machinery Ltd is the distributor for the world-renowned brands such as Haas, Anaconda and Weima and has gained a reputation for customer commitment and after care throughout the UK and Ireland. Recently, and as a result of this new alignment, Matpro has become the sole UK and Ireland distributor for Haas.
Both companies will continue to trade as before but with sharing and expansion of physical and human resources. CRJ’s headquarters will continue to be in Knutsford, Cheshire, with Matpro continuing to be based at their current offices in Scotland, together with an office in London. Plans for additional sites have been prioritised.
The new alignment means that both businesses are better equipped to offer more solutions to valued customers in the hire and purchase of equipment for their waste operations. Having acquired valuable experience as an end user and supplier, CRJ and Matpro fully understand the need to respond rapidly to customer requirements when needed; in terms of spare parts availability and service personnel responsiveness.
